POOR SERVICE
Poor service, according to Makro website it takes 2 to 5 days for your online order to be delivered but today is the 7th day they still can't tell me when they will deliver what I ordered. They keep on saying they will contact me within 24 hours but the don't do that, they wait for me to call them.

06 Aug 2021, 11:25Yesterday I was told by your Customer Care Agent that I will receive my order today and today I received a call from your Customer Care Agent saying that I will receive my order on Wednesday next week. According to your website it takes 2 to 5 days for one's order to be delivered, I placed this order on the 26th July and I'm told that I will receive it on the 11th of August, this was the first time I bought something from this shop, what a bad SERVICE DELIVERY.
