Poor service

Makro online service is so poor. always over-promises and under delivers. When placing an order online Makro will say delivery will be done on a particular date and then they don’t deliver on or before the said date. They deliver looooooong after their delivery date. Makro online service is very poor. And Makro must not dare blame the companies that are doing deliveries because when I track my order on the Makro app I can see exactly what’s happening. I placed an order on 8Jan, said it will be delivered today but on the Makro app it still says order packed…very poor service
