Poor service

Very pathetic service from Makro Woodmead from Makro Manager Nini. They will promise to call you and they don’t. I made a purchase of a fridge they promised to deliver on the 21st, that never happened. They haven’t delivered to date. I requested they refund my money but they are holding onto it, I would have gone to other places and bought from them. All my plans has been inconvenienced by *********** people. All I wanted was my R10 000, as they have failed to deliver to their commitment.
