Poor service

I am absolutely appalled at Makro's service in every possible way. They offer promotions online and then on check out, they charge you the full amount - so they indirectly ***** money from you. Then you order something to assemble and it comes with instructions that are so difficult to understand making the item look like a dud. You call them to request if someone can come out to help you assemble it and they keep you on the phone listening to your call is next in line and after 15 minutes they pick up the phone to tell you that they are putting you through to goodness knows who and then after waiting another 10 minutes with irritating music in your ears and some recording lying that Makro's staff and customers are their number 1 priority, the call is dropped F#*!ing frustrating - they couldn't care a hoot about their customers
