Poor service
My order was made on the 23rd of August and today its the 4th of September and I find myself having to write this review after several calls and emails with little to no respond says a lot about your *********** departments and poor customer service. My order was delivered with items missing due to out of stock and as promised for a refund days have passed with neither communication nor refund. Please sort this as it's irritating.

07 Sept 2022, 13:15It's quiet disappointing to expect makro to rectify the error what happened to my delivery that was supposed to have been delivered yesterday as per the sms or should I say purchases that were made on the 23rd of last month.
