Poor service

Don't shop online at Makro. On two occasions I have had problems with the company. The printer inks I ordered were of the correct type and brand. However one of the inks was so old that my printer would not accept the ink as the chip has been updated. I returned it for a full refund which I was given. I recently ordered 5 boxes of tea that their site listed as being in stock. They dis not have 4 of the teas and failed to cancel my order despite two requests from me. I ended up paying R50 delivery for 25 teabags valued at R32.95.
