Poor service

I since bought a study table in December and it hasn’t been delivered till this day! Instead I got an email around January saying my table has been successfully delivered and then when I called and emailed them asking where was it delivered and also asked who signed for my table , they have been telling me they are still investigating! And zero communication whatsoever from their side! If I don’t call or email them they don’t say anything and as a result I still haven’t heard from them.
