Poor service

Poor service from Makro buying online is a disaster their return policy its just there for us to read, order MAK *** was returned on the 04/03/2025 I'm still stuck with it they're not picking up, I spoke to almost all the agents in their calll center they'll all tell me one thing I'm escalating your complain I wonder if they know what that means because after that nothing happens poor bad service,guys you're destroying Makro wake up and do what you're paid for.
