Poor service

HI There

i dont understand why it would take so long to process a refund. Its now going into the 4th month. Iv communicated to you over whatsapp and email.

i have provided the relevant information your required so i dont know what more you need.

the issues was escalated 2 weeks but still nothing.

You would think customer service would be key in keeping your customers happy but clearly that is not the case here.
