POOR SERVICE!!!!!

I have called the call centre and sent emails requesting to cancel my Order and the People I had spoke to at the Call centre Promised the order would be cancelled and the emails that were Sent were ignored.. I am really upset with your service, Saying I have received poor service is putting it Lightly!!!!!
