Poor service

I ordered a ladder in May online from Makro I did not receive it after 2 weeks had passed I contacted them, They finally delivered but it was the wrong thing, they delivered a clothes line . I called them to inform them about the wrong item being delivered , they only came to pickup the item after calling them for the second time . After more than a week had passed they still never get back to me about my order. This whole process was going for almost a month , then I contacted them a few more times, finally I requested that they refund me if they cannot deliver the ladder. When they refunded me they only refunded the cost of ladder and not the delivery cost. I contacted them many times again to give me a full refund, the other was placed in May we are in August and this is still going on .
