POOR SERVICE

It is with great disappointment that I was unable to be assisted by your cashier and supervisor. Firstly, we purchased ****** and the price at the fridge was R21, at the till it came to R35. The teller and supervisor said there's absolutely nothing that they can do and will have to buy the ****** for R35. See attached photo with the product at the till vs the receipt. We then stood at the teller for 10 minutes struggling with options to get change. We offered an amount less than R1,80 and we still could not buy. When did Makro become so mediocre when it comes to service. A really disappointed client
