Poor service

On 20 September 2020 I went to your Meadow dale store to purchase old / damaged lawn dressing. I was told by a customer service consultant to come during the week because the person responsible does not work on weekends. Then on 21 September 2020 I returned to your store to purchase the damaged / old lawn dressing. I was told by customers service consultant after she made several phone calls and after 30 minutes of waiting. That the manager who can help me is on lunch and his assistant cannot be reached. This in my books is treating customers with contempt.
