Poor service

The delivery guy was very rude to my aunt,he mistreated her in town (25km away from home) he did not want to deliver my items.

I bought a fridge,4 plates stove and a tv I don’t know how she was supposed to take those home because he did not want to deliver. He even threatened to take them to his deli which is very far from home. My aunt had to borrow money to transport the items. Spoke to Akhona about this and she **** and said she will escalate. I then spoke to Thembela she **** and said they will come back with a positive feedback till today theres nothing. I am very disappointed in Makro very poor service
