Poor service

I have bought 4 plate stove on the 03rd march 2023.on the 6th of March i was told by courier services that they cannot deliver my product as my area is a high risk, i ask them why was i not informed in the very first place? My question was unanswered. They told me i must go and fetch the stove at my nearest police station or thier depot. I ask them who is going to pay for delivering they must take it back to Makro so that i can order to other companies who are willing to deliver. Till today i am still waiting instead the manufacturer phoned me asking what is wrong with the stive. I explaned he was also confused as why Makro did not inform me during the time i was buying the order. At Makro they dont even contact me nor reply on my emails thier service its pathetic including thier call center. Till to date i don't have stove and no refund.
