Poor service

I bought defy 14kg Top loader from Makro online on the 8th April and same day when I opened the box I realised that there was no pipes inside the machine and manual also, because I believe that if the machine didn’t include both they would have specified so that i could have bought the pipes and manual, i have send emails reviews until now I haven’t received anything from Makro nor use the machine, your service is very poor and unprofessional and you don’t care about your clients
