Poor service

Makro online it's a disaster. Service I poor, they don't have a sense of emergency. They don't care of they're Customers... I ordered a parcel on line, my order was canceled without my othority or notifying me, no contact was made. Tried to call the customer care service to ask how was my order canceled, they also gave me attitude without helping.
