Poor Service

Hallo, we bought a BULLSHARK PRO AUTOMATIC POOL CLEANER COMBI PACK about 3 weeks back. First off all there was no manual. So we thought it doesn't come with one. We installed it but we weren't happy because it didn't clean the pool the sucksen wasn't strong. We then got the pool people out to look at our pool pump had to spend money on them for the call out. They came and said no nothing wrong with the pool pump it's the creepy. We went today and took it back to Makro and they said they are going to send it back it will take 3-4 weeks we can't not have a creepy and they can't replace it we can't afford to buy another one and then after 4 weeks we have then 2. On the box and the slips says 1 year warranty. I mean now we have to wait and the pool floors are going to get dirty that's this not fair
