Poor service

I purchased washing machine and other items online in November 2022, even today I have not received my order when I call to make follow up they keep on saying they will escalate and phone me back but nothing. This is frustrating cos it is now almost 2 months without receiving my order n i have to spend money to buy air time to call them n wait for 30min before anyone answer your call and not getting any relevant answers.
