Poor service

The Mbombela branch of Makro is by far the worst Makro in the entire group. Never have we experienced such poor service from any other Makro. On Sunday 24 Feb there was no plastic bags available (it was not the first time this happened) to pack the groceries in. We bought in excess of R5000-00 groceries which is a lot of loose stuff to pack in your car without the use of bags. This is totally unacceptable and the don't care attitude from the workers and supervisors is absolutely unacceptable as no one shows any interest in helping the customers when asking for help. When I asked to speak to the Store Manager I was told that he does not work on weekends and nobody is standing in for him. Then to round things of, we found on 4 occasions where the products is marked for specials but no stock available, and again if you ask for help you get ignored and no feedback from the people on the floor.
