Poor service
Bought a brother printer twice and both times is been giving me a problem the first time Makro gave me such a tun around. Send me to Mustek awesome people. Told me the printer head is done for ... End of the story Makro returned me ... I brought another Brother printer with a walk in guarantee ... Same problem ... Take it back wait nearly a month just for them to tell me clean it every time you print ?? still giving me the same problems .... I'm so sick and tired of this now

Dirk Joubert from Mustek (JHB)was absolutely amazing, he spend over an hour reloading firmware, trying everything he could to help solve the printer problem. I was referred to Mustek Dbn to take it in for calibration and on conclusion they replaced the printer with a new one. Brother Printers called to check on the progress of my problem as well. Thank you to all involved sorting this problem out. Lets hope it stays solved as I have lost all trust in the brand at the moment.
