Poor Service

Ordered goods from Makro online last week. On Thursday their courier called to ask ME what the items were in my order and said he would deliver on Friday. Its now Tuesday and no sign of my delivery even though Makro online says Order Complete. Tried submitting a web query and no reply. They expect ME to follow up with THEIR courier and the courier says he can track my order with their order number. What a circus. These guys have really gone from hero to zero. I wont be using them again.
