Poor service

I placed online order on 19/12/18 and make the EFT payment on the 20/12/18. They only contacted me after 7 days that they dont have one of the products that I have orderd so they will refund me. They never contacted me for my bank details on the 07/01/19 I went to Makro at Ottery to query about my refund and Livone told me that Finance department is not answering and she promise me she will do follow up until now they never contacted me.
