Poor service

We obtained a quotation for 60 chairs from the Silverlakes branch. We made an EFT payment on the same day and send the proof of payment through. When we arrived the following morning being Saterday to collect they told us that they sold ten and do not have stock. Speaking to the manager Nel he just said sorry, they made two sales on the same day and because the money was not yet reflecting on their account the previous day when we send them the proof of payment; they sold them. I asked him why they didn’t bother to call us, but waited till we arrive to collect to inform us.
