POOR SERVICE

I made an online purchase for FIFA 19 Champions Edition on the 18th of September at exactly 16h07, the game was worth R1 099 and amongst other benefits, I was supposed to receive the game three days earlier than others would receive the standard edition. I went to Makro (Woodmead branch) today (on the 25th of September) at around 09h45 which is what I was told to do and Makro told me they had locked the games and couldn’t access it.

I went again to Makro later on today (on the 25th of September) at around 17h15 and they told me they had managed to unlock the games but then they only made 5 orders and I was the sixth one so I didn’t get my game.

I made TWO TRIPS to Makro, and they still have not given me my game! I was the first one to arrive in the morning to collect but then I did not receive a call to be notified that they managed to unlock the game!

I am furious at how Makro treats their customers.
