Poor service

I've ordered and paid items from their online store...(Items not marked as "out of stock") on 4th of December 2017. Still waiting on my delivery. I phoned several times. Every time they say they will get back to me the same day and I have to phone again the next day to get to another rep and the same story all over again!!! Rep answers and phones the store....store have no stock although it has been said on a previous phone call that the items will be delivered on the 15th and i will get my items.....till today (19 December 2017) nothing delivered....*** service MAKRO

Don't feed me the bull**** you just responded......why are you telling lies all the time??? You just don't phone back......more that 10 calls from my side, the line cut off or some ****ty story about not getting hold of the warehouse!!!!! *** Service MAKRO!!!! MAKRO IS ***...I think we are talking to computer systems!!!!
