Poor Service

I've ordered almost R10 000 worth of good online on the 24th November. I was told my order will be delivered on the 8th December, waited whole day and nothing came after calling numerous times I was then promised it will be delivered on the 15th December. Once again nothing! Tried calling the store so many times but just get transferred around like a cheap ****! This is unacceptable all i want is communication about my order. I will continue to complain and call everyday until someone calls me back or my good are delivered. Order number MAK714598
