Poor Service

On Monday the 4th December 2017 I call the store to report ***** which took place under my name. I spoke to the Manager by the name of Ross and he refer me to someone who deals with ***** by the store. I told him that one of his consultant J Maduna issued a contract phone under my name. Its so pathetic that his consultant could not pick it up that the some in the store is a *********. How can a person from all the way from Pretoria go and apply a contract phone in Gemiston. How many Makro store from Pretoria to Gemiston. Why would I live all the store and go to gemiston to apply a contract. I want that consultant investigated and think that he is working with those syndicate. How did he verify my bank statement as well as my ID book.
