Poor Service

I purchased a fridge online from Makro. This was on the 17th of December 2020, the delivery lead time was quoted as 7 days. To date I have not received the fridge or any explanation regarding the delay, even after constant follow up via email and telephone. I'm extremely disappointed at the lack of service and communication
