POOR SERVICE

I usually like shopping at Makro but recently I have had such bad experiences and it just seems to be getting worse. Earlier this year I bought a washing machine from Makro in Cornubia, only to find out a part was broken and needed to be replaced. The techs that came out to replace the part did not communicate when they were coming but instead just rocked up leaving me to now find someone to go home and open for them. It caused unnecessary stress for me due to their lack of communication. On 26/11/2021 I purchased a Freezer online. To this day, 15/12/2021, I have not received the freezer. I have emailed customer care who rep**** saying they will get back to me but provided no feedback yet and I have called the call centre who notified me that the Freezer is sitting at the Makro Amanzimtoti Store but they cannot tell me when it will be collected from there and delivered to me. I am very disappointed in the lack of service delivery for such a big store. There are many unemployed people that could possibly do a better job yet we have employed people that couldn't care less about integrity.
