Poor service

I've purchased dog food Epol 20x2 online on Friday 23 August 2024 according to their system it says it will delivered on 26 August 2024 but still to day on the 29 August 2024 I didn't received my order I received an sms that says "Makro: Sorry we couldn't reach you to deliver your order. We'll contact you to check your availability. Order# MAK*** " its not my first time to receive this kind of poor service from Makro now I'm done with Makro I rather buy expensive staff some where else than, receive this kind of poor service,,,what I did is call their call center, cancel my order and asked for a full refund...
