Poor service

On 28th of February 2025, ive placed an order at Makro. The order number is MAK ***, the items where not delivered up until a call them several times but it was only 8 items that was delivered on 07/03/2025 at around 20:00. I was told the outstanding order will be delivered the next day, nothing were delivered instead on tracking order they closed the order as if all the items where delivered. I've called germiston branch since my order where scheduled under germiston however I my address is in pretoria, my calls where hanged up after giving them an order number. I decided to go to silverlakes regarding the query. I was promised to get all of my outstanding items today (11/03/2025) before 14:00, yet I haven't get anything either a call nor any communication from makro and value express. I'm so disappointed and I really know what to do anymore, because I really need those items. My money is gone, my data gone, my airtime gone, petrol and my time as well
