Poor service

I alwys order online from makro but the service i recieved lately is very poor,i ordered on the 23rd and was suppose to recieve my order on the 25th of september,i called makro to arrange for time of delivery as i was gonna be in and out of the house and i was given the couriers details of which i yried calling the whole day with no luck of getting him. The driver called later to bring the delivery which i told him that im only 10 minutes away ,he can wait or bring the order to me then he asked if i will buy him a drink and i said no then he said makro will reshedule,then i called mako again to ask who wil it be assigned for my order and i was again given the detail of the driver,i then called and i was told the order wil be delivered on the 27th of which some items on that order were gonna be no use for me then,i then cancelled the whole order but till now i havent been refunded
