Poor service

Poor service , on the 16 Sep 2024 I made an online order and my orders got split I got the other things the day after and the other things am still waiting even today order states it’s packed from the 16 Sep till to date , know update nothing yet called n thy said they will give feed back its now 10 days waiting for feedback
