POOR SERVICE

I got a laptop from makro , the hinge then broke it was inspected and seen that it was not my fault they then said because i still had warranty i would not have to pay anything yet without communication for up to THREE ****ING WEEKS no one in that ****ing place answers their phones the manager does not answer and follow up when he says he does the staff and everyone is pathetic of no help i found out today that my laptop was not even worked on and that i would have to pay 2k PATHETIC they are inconsiderate individuals that offer the poorest of poorest ****ing services i have exams and need my laptop i hope everyone stays away from this ****ing place !!! PATHETIC INDIVIDUALS AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEIR EMBARRASSING SERVICE I HOPE I WILL NOT HAVE TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION !
