Poor Service

I am so disappointed with the service received from Makro Online. I placed an order on the 23rd and it was scheduled to be delivered today. I kept checking and tracking the order to my surprise the order never moved an inch. I woke up today with an email stating that the order has been delayed. I send a message using their chat service. No response I then called and only to be told that the supplier has not dispatched the stuff. I need the items as in today.
