Poor service

Second month now in a line where i have placed and order to be delivered. And it is short delivered . Paper work does not match what is in the box. When you call online customer care they tell you that it is all there. Last time it took then a week to resolve this issue. Makro Alberton is the one store i will not support at all. Infact Makro in general. As this is absolutely ridiculous.
