Poor return/replacement service
I bought three hisense Fridges and two hisense microwaves on the 15 January 2025 makro online, received everything on 21 January 2025 and just after few minutes of receiving, I found out that one fridge had a fault inside the freezer and immediately informed makro and till today I'm still waiting for a replacement.. I call and waste my airtime every day and get empty promises
