Poor return service

My order was delivered on the 20th August 2024 with one Item short,courier returned it to Makro Gqeberha wast told it is damaged,i have been calling them since,and they keep telling me it will be resent,it is out with the courier,till today i still haven't recieved my parcel,you call no answer,my order no is MAK***
