Poor Repair service

I have given in my TV Box for repair and they said it will take a max of 6 weeks that is absurd long as is but i had to except it as this was their policy. I recived a sms the same day tha they have the TV box and i was hopefull, after 6 weeks i contacted them and they said that the TV Box has gone in for assesment 4 days ago, that is 5 weeks to pickup my TV box. So i tried to call many many times but i just got the message there was a techical problem. So i send a mail asking them why so long and the response i got was that they assesing it. After that i got a mail asking what is going on and again explained my experience, i was said "sorry" i will get back to you and again that is where i am. POOR POOR service , the 5 week pickup time was very poor service and still got no feedback, I need to replace my tv box as this is the main item in the house to have entertainment .DO not buy anything from makro.
