Poor refund process

I bought an Airfryer from Makro that was on promotion on checkout the price was the same as the original price of the item being R800 more than the promotion price..Since this was a gift i had to make the purchase thinking Makro will refund me I raised it a month ago and have not yet recieved any refund..for a big retail store you will think they have a seamless refund process but it seems not to be the case. I sent them a video recording the transaction and my invoice but no refund very disapointed
