Poor quality products sold by Makro

I bought a Russel Hobbs kettle and toaster combination from Makro Struben's Valley on 5 Sept 2019 for R999. I got home switched on the kettle and the automatic switch off did not work. I tried again and again but eventually took it in for repairs~got it back on 19 October and excitedly switched it on again only to see it was now leaking heavily at the base. Three days later the toaster's pop up button stopped working. How can Makro sell such patently inferior products! I then left Jhb for three months. Now I know what Makro will tell me. Bring the products in and we shall repair~another 20 km trip to deliver it to them and 4-5 weeks without a kettle and toaster.
