Poor quality of products

I purhased a Bestway splash pool from Makro Vaal. Excactly one year and one week later the lining tore. I took the pool back to Makro Vaal who booked it in for repairs. Six weeks later after getting no feedback i phoned to enquire about the pool. They informed me the pool is out of warranty. <br> Surely their products should last longer than one week past the warranty.<br> Therefore i feel the Bestway splashpool is an inferior product and that Makro should warn their customers about the inferior products in their stores.<br> Definately not the way to keep customers.
