Poor Quality Makro supp**** products

Would like to note my extreme disappointment in CHROMECATER Sink Mixer Swivel Spout Matt Black Product ID : MBF-10 which was purchased last month through Makro online. I had ordered and received the item when it arrived it had rust on the body of the tap out of box. Testament to the poor quality of this brand and product. Makro should also have better quality control over things like this. I then had go through the money and time wasting process of returning the product. Eventually I had received the same replacement product and when the box was opened this new tap had scratches all over the body of the tap. Out of the box. No apology from or responsibility taken from customer service and just a poor online shopping experience.
