Poor quality

I purchased an Everfurn Remington High Back Office Adjustable Arm Chair (Black, Pre-assembled) on the 20/03 and delivery date was the 23/03. In my opinion Pre-assembled means products/items built or put together in advance, allowing for immediate use. This item was delivered unassembled. to make matters worse i ddnt get delivery on the 23/03 the item was only delivered on the 25/03. Most uncomfortable and unstable chair once assembled, wheels struggle to move and not worth the price. I wouldnt advise anyone to purchase this chair. Makro`s standards have dropped when it comes to items and delivery even though the delivery is outsourced.
