Poor Quality

I bought a plasma unit (kyota unit) online from Marko on Sunday, 19th. It was finally delivered yesterday. It's probably the most difficult thing to put together. The holes are very small, so the *****s provided, don't fit. The quality of the "silver locks" strip easily. It's just a mess. I would like Makro to either send someone to assemble it or come and exchange it. The product is of poor quality. I specifically looked at the "sterdiness" of the unit in-store before I purchase it. The delivery was also a mess, it was suppose to be delivered on Thursday, then Friday, then they said, they don't deliver over weekends, so then it was Monday. They phoned me at the gate, I opened the gate for them, but nobody arrived, so my wife had to walk down to the complex gate with a 3month old baby to see where they were and the driver was sleeping in the truck in front of the open gate. It's unacceptable. I paid for a product and for delivery. Please advise.
