Poor quality

Pathetic quality. I bought a washing machine from makro online in February. I have only used the washing machine twice then it broke . I reported the issue to Makro. I was referred to Defy. They have sent technicians twice already and I am still not assisted. They changed my job number to make it look like a new job . I need a new machine or my money back.
