Poor product knowledge. No one seems to know their jobs at call centre.

I called to inquire on a product. I called ***and was told to call ***and ***. Both these numbers just rings and rings and rings... I called the ***number at least 6 times and spoke to different people of which they had no idea to my question nor did they transferred my call to the right department- twice the calls they transferred were cut instantly. I gave up trying. Such a waste of my time. You need to employ smarter people or up s**** them!!!!!
