Poor product

I bought a Hi-sense fridge from Makro just over a month ago. The fridge part is over freezing (on 4) and when I drop the settings to 3 the water collects at the crisper and the fridge does not cool enough. All the items in the fridge are starting to go off and Hi-sense says they will send a technician out and it will cost me R 400.00. If I don't pay then the warranty will be taken away
