Poor poor service unprofessional

Bad bad service unprofessional. I have made an order, they came and delivered wrong which is something I did not order. I called and send an email I was told to log a return on their website which I did to date there has been no communication whatsoever. I took an effort to go to Makro and return the order I was not assisted as I was told the Makro I went is not the shop that has dealt with my order, what is that....
